almost a month has passed since summer started (at least for me)
and nothing cool at all has happened to me yet :c
id like to go out and visit soe other country, but...no moneys ....ah well
some french guy is coming to stay at my house for some weeks, im the one whos gonna take care of him since my moms out, hopefully some fun will happen XD...
im excited, im starting art school on september, i wanna start already xD but i wanna stay in summer too :C
they took out some boring subjects as optionals, so this years gonna be awesome c:
the bad thing is i dont know anyone XD
and ive heard it will be a full list this year-scared-but i know how to talk to start a conversation so hopefully ill meet new friends c:

2 more months of summer, and lets hope the weather gets better(its been cloudy and not sunny enough to go to the pool or river :c)

in a supposed "cannon day" in a the lion king fanart archive site was the starting of a flaming, arguing and kind of dramatic situation that seems to have been continued in DA.
to be more exact in journal.
i find it more than stupid for it to had followed to DA (specially when DA has nothing to do with it) but what i find more amusing is how ppl could take a joke this days.
is it really that funny?
can we understand the joke it really tries to transmit us?
or is it the kind of things we need to let go and wait some years for our society to understand it without an argue, none sense argue( all the arguments have no sense, srsly)
Xako(known as nizira hathor in here) tried to show HER opinion with humor, i believe she knew about the drama the so known "cannon day" had brought and tried to make up a joke, along with her opinion as well.
apparently didnt go that well,ppl took it too serious, even if there were some minority that agreed with her, it went wrong, at least not how she planned to be.
Also, i must add that im not saying i was against that "cannon day" or something, im just trying to make you all try and think a bit more about the situation and that maybe we could just let it go.
i support both sides, maybe the picture was childish but we have to also see that it was just a joke, and jokes aint meant to hurt someone, i think it all depends on how you take it(unless its a racist or sexist one...those suck and have no sense >:C )
you shouldnt loose respect for someone just for this kind of shit...respect is what maintains things in order :l
im just trying to say that i respect anyones opinion as well as i would like for you all to understand and respect this.
i also believe that drama its like a part of our lives nowdays XD
but as well as we cant loose our vad habits, we shouldnt loose our good ones.

it was just a joke that people took so seriously, to the point of creating drama all over and dragging the problem to where it doesnt belong :l

ive noticed how many ppl hate "furries" and attack the artists who draw them without compasion, making them think they are cool cuz they hate furries and all that crap

after doing some reaserches ive come to learn that furries are those who like to wear animal costumes, and also assist to conventions as their animal characters. to tell you the truth i see no difference btwn them and the ppl who dress up as a manga character, with those weird and non-logical costumes and hair styles, i must add that i dont consider myself a furry artist, i just draw ANYTHING, as some of you may know already.However i still receive hate mails and messages complaining about "furry" art, let me explain in an easier way

furry haters: THINK that furry artists want to make love with the animals and consider it gay

i beleive that furry artists just like to draw animals as anthros and end of it, you choose what you draw.
i have to say also that i am NOT against any kind of art, in fact i enjoy seeing other ppls works, its just sad how some "assholes" will flame you just cuz they are bored and have no life.

i dont fucking care if i receive comments such as "youre gay, you make love with your pets", thay kind of comments dont affect me since its not true and since they are lying, that makes it even more sad for them
boo boo :c

oh, and one more thing
mickey mouse, bugs bunny and the kung fu panda characters along many, many, many more are furries.
think of it twice before complaining, you dont make life for us harder, you just make it harder for you.

i would like to at least see some respect and accept what others give, it wont hurt
